The AGLNA0204 is a GaAs pHEMT 2.0 – 4.0GHz Low Noise Amplifier MMIC with an industry-best super-low noise figure of 0.8 dB. It is self-biased with an operating voltage of +7V with a low 30 mA of current making it ideally suited for phased array radars
